I’ve got a little thing for the Loretta collection at the moment – I thought I might as well seeing as I’m loving the last review on the 110 tights – and plus I’m typing this up waiting to be lasered so it works perfectly for me, and then I can slip into nudes once again happily!
Just so you know that I will be taking some bits from my previous blog on Loretta as they are so identical, but the design is different!
Colour: Nero / Black
Size: 2 / Small
Materials: 92% Polyamide, 8% Elastane
I went seriously casual as I was at home. It reminded me of how I used to dress a few years ago; the shorted thing thrown on with a pair of tights and my boots!
I went with my oversized off-the-shoulder top, along with my boots and left my hair straight. This is the day that I had my hair done from my natural to some weird blonde when I asked for light brown!!!
Let’s not talk about that as it’s still too painful…
Top: New Look
The Packaging: now we’re onto actual models wearing the hosiery now rather than the half drawn ones. It’s nice to see them pair it with an outfit (or top at least) so you can get rough ideas on what to wear (that’s if you’re ever stuck)! So that’s the front, and at the back you get the same old format, with the following:
“Tights for ladies, patterned, with exclusive softness, made of micro-fibre, matt, without a marker knickers’ part, with a small gusset.”
Getting Them On: you will find that these are flat packed, which means that there is no right or wrong way of getting them on, which makes it easier to just scrunch and roll them right on!
On The Legs: these are super soft, and very much identical to the 110 I reviewed before; they’re smooth (I won’t say silky) and they’re just so comfortable. They’re a decent pair of hosiery put it that way! They also have really good leg coverage as well, so if you’re conscious of skin showing through, it’s only doing to be the arrow/chevron design and that’s it. You hardly get it becoming sheer on any part of the leg.
The Toes: are so comfortable. They don’t squish your toes or anything, especially being in boots all day too! There is plenty of wiggle room in them too!
The Waistband: once again very comfortable. This one sat just above my belly button, but didn’t dig it at all. I was sitting down for hours in these, and they were super comfortable. The elastic is pretty great on these too!
I gotta say even though this review is a short one, I still love them. I think they’re great and perfect leg coverage too. Even though I like opaques to be slightly sheer now and again, sometimes just complete dark coverage is needed and these are certainly a cute pair to go for. They’re a little tones down from my 110, but still just as good!
